Vietnamese spitfire Cindy Starfall got her start performing in the adult industry in 2012. The 5’1 former Catholic schoolgirl and self-described “rebel” has received multiple award nominations and industry distinguishments as she’s enjoyed her lengthy XXX career. Cindy wanted to update her HotMovies fans on her career in 2018, including her Comic Con appearance, her favorite part of feature-dancing, and what everyone can expect from her next!
Hi Cindy, how has 2018 been for you so far?
Hi, I’m doing great! 2018 has been awesome for me with a lot of opportunities from shooting new scenes, hosting an award show, feature dancing across country, to launching new websites. The year has gone by so quickly and I’m very excited for what’s coming out for my fans.
I saw that you attended San Diego Comic Con, how was that experience?
Comic Con has always been something I want to try. I enjoy American culture and what it has to offer. When I found out I was able to get a ticket, I was so excited. I didn’t know what to expect really, because I’ve never been. So I drove myself to San Diego and went on an adventure. I don’t mind being by myself in my spare time because I love making new friends. The experience was amazing! My fans chose my cosplay outfit – Gogo Yubari from Kill Bill. It was fun meeting them too and being nerdy together! You can watch my YouTube vid of Comic Con here.
You’re out traveling the country feature-dancing. What’s your favorite part of interacting with fans out in the real world?
I love putting on a great performance for my fans. I do a lot of interaction, my fans can participate because I want everyone to have a good time. After my show, I do meet-and-greet sessions in which fans can get photo with me, purchase merchandise, and get a private lapdance from me.
You were raised in Vietnam and then immigrated to the US when you were a teen. What’s the biggest difference between sexual culture in Vietnam and sexual culture in America?
The sexual culture is very different between two countries. In Vietnam, women are not allowed to express themselves sexually. Women are not supposed to have sex until marriage. There was no sex education. In Vietnam, women are meant to be domesticated, be a man’s property. When I used to live there, I felt very oppressed sexually because I can’t talk about it openly or embrace my body. In America, I know being in porn is still a bit of a taboo, but I can be myself now and show off my body. There is love for everybody in America from straight, gay, to transsexual. Be yourself!
Do you think attending an all-girls Catholic school made you more interested in the opposite sex?
Yes definitely. My family was very strict. I was not allowed to hang out with boys, and being in an all-girl Catholic school increased my curiosity. I wanted to experience more. I’m submissive, but I can be a rebel too. In my early life all of the decisions had been made for me and I didn’t have a say in anything. Now I’m much more happy because, for once, I feel like I have control over my life. I sacrificed my family in this business, but I was miserable. Sometimes you have to think of yourself first, because you can never change other people’s perception of your job.
Your Twitter profile says #stayallnatural, so I’m guessing you’re not the biggest fan of cosmetic surgery. But in your years in the industry, you’ve managed to maintain the same youthful appearance you had when you first started. How do you maintain your appearance the natural way?
Thank you for your compliment! I’m flattered. I think cosmetic surgery is great for some girls, because if it makes her happy and feel more confident then go for it!
In my case, I love my body and I don’t want to change it. I personally don’t prefer the Barbie doll look; I want to look real. In the beginning, I had many industry people ask if I’d get a boob job because they said that is how you can make it in this business. I have proved that there is a market for every body type. My fans love me for my natural body. Whichever body you have, own that body and love yourself!
As for my routine, I maintain my appearance by these rules:
- Drink water, stay hydrated
- Always wear SPF 30+ daily, avoid sunbathing. If I want some tan, I go for a spray tan.
- Mask every night
- I don’t smoke and drink very little.
You’re open about your love for swinging. How did you get involved with the swinger community?
I was introduced by a friend and I have met many wonderful people through the swinging community. It’s a sex-positive environment. Everyone just wants to have fun, and I enjoy being with positive people. If you want to start, you can sign up for swinger sites and start looking for couples/girls/guys you want to play with.
As someone who enjoys swinging with couples, do you ever have to worry about jealousy when having sex with someone else’s spouse/partner?
Not really because in the swinging lifestyle, everyone is open. Some have rules and you have to respect their rules. I don’t hang out with their spouse outside of play time. Swinging is not for everyone, but if you’re interested you have to separate sex and love.

What are some of the biggest changes you’ve seen in your time in adult entertainment?
I know we live in free porn time, but more people are willing to pay for quality porn. Talents are becoming more entrepreneurs and owning their content. I love seeing girls who are constantly hustling and working hard. They have my respect!
In 2018, I feel like porn is more mainstream than ever. You have Stormy Daniels in the news every day, and Kiara Mia dating a NFL quarterback. In your everyday life, have you noticed your career and lifestyle becoming more socially accepted?
Yes, porn is becoming more mainstream. There should never be a discrimination, because our job isn’t the same as everybody else. Porn stars are still humans. You have to see us past our jobs and treat us like humans. Being in porn is hard for dating, but he has to fight for what he loves! I would never date anyone who will be embarrassed by hanging out with me or hesitate to introduce me to his friends.
