For my money, Mason is the finest director that this industry has ever seen. She is a great camera person and she always captures her talent in the best light. Not only that, but I’ve talked to enough girls in the industry who say that Mason always pushes them to be their best, and they are very thankful to her for bringing out their talents in the best light. She might not be the creator of the showcase film, but she has mastered it. If you get a Mason showcase, you know you’ve made it and are a star in the industry. She’s even taken a couple of new girls and put them on the fast-track to stardom with showcases early in their careers.
Mason interviews the girls before the scene and you can gain some insight into what makes these beauties tick! Then she does teases that are incomparable to anyone else. If the girl has a hobby or special skill, Mason will have them show it off (in minimal clothing, of course). I’ve seen girls do teases on roller skates, skateboards, and trampolines! She also doesn’t skimp on the male cast and only brings in the best. She knows more than anyone that the top studs will allow the girls to have a good time. Then the sex scenes she shoots are just volcanic! Mason is second to none. Here, I attempt to rank her efforts and count down her top ten showcases of all-time. She was a director for Elegant Angel early in her career and has been the mastermind behind HardX since 2013.

10. Allie (HardX, 2014)
Allie Haze was always considered the girl-next-door and had the cutest smile you would ever want to see. Fans were clamoring for her first anal scene for years and she didn’t disappoint! Most girls, when given a chance to perform their first anal, will give us one hot scene. Well, not our Allie! She gives us four anal scenes in this highlight from 2014! This was a great way to break in that booty and this disc still gets played in my house! Personally, I feel a part of this movie. I posted on the ADT forums in January of 2014 that I had an interview lined up with Allie and she wants to do her first anal. Mason messaged me and said she didn’t know that and would call Allie immediately. Eight months later, this beauty dropped! This movie could actually be moved up a few notches!
9. Lana Rhoades: Unleashed (Hard X, 2017)
At the time of this release, Lana Rhoades was the hottest girl going in the industry. Some people say that porn had never seen anything like her! Lana had many diehard fans. She got fan forums shut down just because of their obsession with others taking exception to them; she bounced from agency to agency, she got into fights with other girls, but she maintained her popularity for over two years before she left the industry. In this particular movie, she paired up with the best performer in the industry in Adriana Chechik to take on Markus Dupree in one scene, and did her first double-anal in another with Mick Blue and Markus. Throw in individual scenes with Manuel Ferrara, and Mandingo, and you have the makings of a classic! She had a couple other showcases from other directors that year, but this is her best one.
8. Annette Schwartz Is Slutwoman 2 (Elegant Angel, 2008)
Annette did it all onscreen. In one of Mason’s earliest efforts, she let it all hang out. There are five intense scenes in this one including a ten-guy interracial gangbang! These scenes are pretty rough and are not for the faint of heart. Annette was a volcanic performer from the moment she stepped in front of the camera until she retired. These five scenes allowed her fans to appreciate Annette’s talents, and she didn’t disappoint!
7. Tori Black Is Pretty Filthy 2 (Elegant Angel, 2010)
Tori Black makes the follow-up to her showcase of the previous year, and it is a highly anticipated event. She does her first DP in this one (and it’s her only one until her recent comeback). She gets some female help from Asa Akira, Alexis Texas, Charley Chase, Jennifer White, and Andy San Dimas. Males included Mick Blue, Erik Everhard, Mr. Pete, and Ice Cold. This film was no doubt the impetus for Tori to be the first to win back-to-back Female Performer of the Year awards! Tori is one of the best stars of all-time and gives all her fans a reason to rejoice with this disc!
6. Kristina Rose Is Slutwoman (Elegant Angel, 2009)
No one has ever fit the title of Slutwoman like Kristina Rose. This disc started with scenes of her walking around LA with cum on her face! This disc had six scenes on it and included her first DP! Another highlight is her five-guy blowbang where she simply can’t get enough cock! She got help in this movie from such beauties as Chayse Evans and Charlotte Vale. This disc had it all, and Kristina would continue her slutty, volcanic career well into the next decade before making a comeback in 2018.
5. Lexi (Elegant Angel, 2012)
Lexi Belle was one of the more popular performers to ever grace the industry. She started in the industry in 2006 and didn’t age a day during her career! She could still play a teen! Lexi finally did anal in this release, and there is only one other anal scene of hers to be found! Another highlight was her boy/boy/girl with Mick Blue and Ramon Nomar! She still pops up every once in a while in girl/girl releases, but this is the must-have disc of her career!
4: Dani Daniels: Dare (Elegant Angel, 2012)
Dani was one of the more popular performers in the industry, but she only did girl/girl scenes for the first two years of her career. In fact, Mason released a lesbian showcase just a few months prior to this one. Fans were beginning to lose hope and then this masterpiece dropped! Dani took a hard pounding in four of the five scenes on this disc, including from Manuel Ferrara, Erik Everhard, and James Deen. This was an awesome exhibition, and Dani continued her boy/girl scenes for a few more years.
3. Remy (Elegant Angel, 2012)
At the time of this release, Remy La Croix was still considered a newbie. In fact, she was still four months away from winning Best New Starlet at the time of this release. This title undoubtably helped her win! She had five volcanic scenes on this disc and did a fantastic tease for each one. Who can forget her hula-hoop tease? Many directors had her bring out the hoop after this, but none was shot as well or was as sexy as this one under Mason’s direction. Other stars in this release included Lexi Belle, Jada Stevens, Michael Stefano, Manuel Ferrara, Erik Everhard, Ramon Nomar, and Lexington Steele. Remy became a superstar right before our eyes!
2. Anikka (HardX, 2013)
Mason had been on a little hiatus during her transition from Elegant Angel to HardX, but when she came back with this release, we knew we were in for a treat! This movie ran for three hours and 20 minutes and won multiple awards. It was also the impetus for Anikka Albrite winning Female Performer of the Year the following year (with a little help from the release of Anikka 2). This movie was hot from beginning to end. It also featured Anikka’s first anal scene. She had scenes with her man, Mick Blue, her best friend, Riley Reid, and other top performers like James Deen, Prince Yahshua, Ramon Nomar, Jon Jon, and Manuel Ferrara. That’s quite a lineup and it deserved every accolade it received!
1. Asa Akira Is Insatiable 2 (Elegant Angel, 2013)
Parts 1 or 3 could easily fit onto this list, but Part 2 is widely considered the best one and Mason’s best-ever film. The first volume featured Asa’s first DP and she said it changed her life. This edition features another DP, along with her first double-vag, double-anal and her first gangbang! It’s hard to pick the hottest scene in this release, but it’s probably the gangbang with seven guys. The Asian Sensation really explores her sexuality here and, at one point, shouts out “Just fucking use me!” Once you see this movie, you will be a fan for life. Just a fantastic performance and a great job of directing by Mason.
