Dee Williams: The MILF Who Does It All!

Dee Williams has proven herself to be something of a XXX renaissance woman. She spent years as a hardcore fetish model, putting herself through the ringer as one of Kink.com‘s regulars, always coming out of intense, painful scenes with a genuine smile and big blue eyes begging for another round. As time went on, she transitioned into mainstream porn and quickly became one of the most sought-after MILFs in the biz, with no signs of slowing down. Known for her orgasmic authenticity and unbridled enthusiasm, Dee was recently nominated for two XBIZ and AVN awards. She sat down with HotMovies to discuss her career, relationships, and what could possibly be next for the woman who does it all.

Judy: So you were a porn fan before you got into the industry, what was your most exciting thing to check off your bucket list, so to speak?

Dee: Oh, goodness: a gangbang!

Yeah, everybody seems to want to do those.

Yeah, it’s very hard to set up in civilian life. To actually get a quality group of dudes is not easy. I’ve been in orgies before, but a gangbang centered on me was a uniquely porn experience. I love it.

And as a long-time porn fan, what were some of your go-to movies or scenes that you liked to watch?

Oh, God. Now, we’re in the way-back machine here. I was watching porn before the internet came around. So, let me think… Anaïs Nin. There was Andrew Blake and a whole group of guys that did black-and-white, arty, almost Gothic-looking, very, very pretty movies. That was kind of my go-to at the time. But again, this is all before the internet, so porn had a different flavor entirely.

You’ve been in the biz in one way or another for a little while now; to what do you owe your career longevity?

I’ve been blessed to be able to kind of work through several different genres over the years. So it’s been nice that my career has been able to evolve, and now I get to do a whole bunch of different things. Partly, I think my longevity comes from the fact that I hit doing actual porn at the right time as I became a MILF, as MILF-ing was starting to get super prevalent. So that’s been really nice the last few years, that’s been very fun to explore. And I think I do a pretty good job of genuinely and realistically portraying orgasms and enjoyment, and having very fun sex in a very honest way on camera. And I think a lot of people resonate with how real my orgasms are, they’re not necessarily the prettiest things in the world. [chuckle] But I’m not faking it. I’m not putting on a show for the camera, I’m just enjoying what’s going on with me and to me.

Yeah, you really seem like you’re having a really good time.

Yeah. [chuckle] And I think even when I was in BDSM porn, where the whole idea is that you’re not having a really good time there, for at least part of it. But when it got to the parts with the orgasms and the pay-off, I have a really good time. I mean, I genuinely have a really good time in front of the camera and try and just broadcast that to the world. And I think that resonates with people.

What do you think your favorite kind of scene to film is?

I do all kinds of scenes. They run the gamut all the way. I don’t even know that there’s a major genre I don’t partake in, but as far as my favorite for me to experience, I’d have to say extreme sex kind of things. So whether that’s hardcore bondage and a gangbang, or going over to Europe and doing some of their harder sex stuff, double-anal gangbangs and that sort of thing. I really like to be overwhelmed with the intensity of sex. So those are the days I look forward to the most, the days where I really feel like there’s gonna be a lot coming at me.

I wanted to talk about your husband Matt a little bit, because I always see him on Twitter and he just seems to be your biggest cheerleader, and it’s super cute. What’s the most important thing that you guys do to support each other?

I absolutely adore Matt and couldn’t do any of this without him. But to me, the biggest thing is that we play a lot together. We do just enough adult-ing to make sure that the bills are paid and that the house isn’t falling apart. And then he’s my best friend and the person that I want to do everything with, the person I wanna socialize with all the time. And like you said, he’s my biggest cheerleader. If I’m not at work, we’re hanging out and having fun together. I feel very lucky.

What does a day of fun look like for you guys?

It depends on the day! Usually, I try and take Sundays off, so if it’s football season, we go to our local Bills bar and watch the Bills play with a bunch of other Bills fans. And then, it could be a bunch of things. We like to go play pinball, so we’ll do that or we’ll play some Dungeons and Dragons at home, or maybe visit some friends. And then, we always make a point to really connect and set some time aside on Sunday to have some nice, fun, kinky sex, because one of the downsides of being kind of a kinky person is that sometimes the good sex takes three or four hours to set up and execute. We’re much more likely to do bondage and that sort of thing when we have a few hours set aside to make a day of it, as opposed to at home, right after I’ve gotten home from work. Then we just have normal sex. [chuckle]

Yeah man, pinball and bondage, that sounds like a good night.

Right? That’s a good day, honestly. We usually start the day with a little bit of pot, and then just roll through the day doing fun things. It’s a nice break.

When I was doing research, I watched the trailer for your We Like Girls scene with your girlfriend Syren De Mer, and it was so cute and heartwarming. I love that series, it’s so good.

It’s so good right?

Oh, my God. Bree, she’s getting better and better.

She is. She is a magic soul, and I think she’s done a good job of consistently bringing porn series that we wanna see. Not just one given shoot, but her concepts for behind a whole series like that are very interesting.

And you said on Twitter that you’d never done a scene like that. When the scene wrapped, how were you and Syren feeling, ’cause it seems so vulnerable, you know?

That’s exactly right. It was very vulnerable, and very rightfully so. When Bree set it up and we talked about why she’d chosen us and that sort of thing, when it came down to the sex, it was just, “Have the sex you guys wanna have.” While we’re both performers and we pull some of that experience and skill into our private sex, we very deliberately tried not to do a scene like we do with people we didn’t know so well. We really were trying to have the sex we have at home.

So afterward, yeah, I felt exposed, I guess, very vulnerable. It’s kind of intense to share something like that in a way that might be unexpected for the audience. It isn’t what I do when I go and have porn sex 98% of the time. But also any day that I get to have sex with Syren is a great day. And we come out of all of our sex together just with butterflies and floaty feeling and super in love, like you get after really good sex. That happens to us all the time, but particularly there on camera when we were having someone film it and being that vulnerable and trying to be that authentic on camera. Afterward, we were both utterly exhausted, but also just riding high on the love we have for each other. Almost in tears with how deeply we care for each other and how much we enjoy connecting like that. And then to put it on camera was exhilarating, I guess is the best word to come up with: exhilarating.

Do you think that your fans will have a greater understanding of you and Syren as people after they watch the scene?

Yeah, I do. One of the things that I find wonderful about Syren is she also is kind of like me. Her porn doesn’t come from a place of performance; she just has the sex she enjoys having. She just brings her native sex to camera, kinda like me. So I don’t know that it’s going to be things that haven’t been present in any of our scenes before, but it’s very validating to be able to show the broader world, give them a good hour of interaction between the two of us, to see how much we love each other.

You’ve done a ton of bondage scenes and fetish scenes where you were the sub, but you’ve also done some where you’re a Domme. Do you think of yourself as a switch?

For years, I identified as a sub. And in the last probably five years, I have started identifying as a switch, and honestly I feel more often these days that I top rather than bottom. So I guess I dom rather than sub, but it took me a long time to get comfortable conceptualizing myself as a Domme, ’cause I don’t like being mean. Even when I’m dom-ing I’m a very caring soul. But I’m finding myself more often these days really enjoying taking somebody else on a journey through their own submission. It’s fun to be the one doing stuff to people, just as much as it’s fun to be the one experiencing. It took me several years to feel like I had the confidence and the capacity to be the one in charge of the scene, the one driving the scene. Particularly with on camera stuff, the sub is there to be very reactive, and the Dom is there to be very active and do a lot of the things. It took me several years to get to where I felt like I was just as strong at doing the actions and knowing what my sub was going to enjoy. Took me several years to get through to that, but I think it made me a better top in the long run. I think I’ve got a lot of things to offer, and I can take a sub on a very fun journey for a few minutes.

I’ve always heard that subs tend to make the best Doms because they know what the sub is experiencing, having experienced it before. Do you think that’s the case with you?

Yeah, absolutely. And I think even more than that, while it’s important for Doms to have tried bondage and know what they’re asking of their sub. In some ways what you really need to experience is that it’s intense, like the mental journey that a sub goes through during a session is really deep and profound. As the Doms presents them with harder and harder challenges to handle, and more and more intensity through the course of the scene, it builds up the arousal, and builds up the activity. So the pleasure and the pain are both gonna be in race simultaneously. Having experienced that makes it a lot easier to do that journey well from the Domme side.

You transitioned from really just fetish porn into the more mainstream side of porn a couple of years ago. In that transition, was it easy? Was it hard? Did you encounter any challenges that you weren’t expecting?

I wasn’t sure I was going to be any good at it at all. [chuckle] I had so many years working with Kink.com. I knew I could handle intensity, and then I also had a few years in there before I went down to LA where I started doing boy-girl, mostly for Kink. So I had a pretty good idea that I could handle the dick, but I wasn’t sure about being down in LA and having to pack all of my own clothes, and brand myself, and come onto set as my own unique adult actress persona. I had a different relationship with Kink that wouldn’t be walking into a fresh company every single day for new things. So that was a little bit scary, and it was both terrifying and exciting. When I’d been doing boy-girl for Kink, I knew most of these guys from years that we had been in the same greenroom.

So I knew most of the guys that I would be having sex with socially and it’s a little bit of a different vibe when you show up on sets and you’re like, “Hi. I’ve never met you, but we’re slated to have sex today, so hi.” So all of that was a little bit different, and I was nervous as to whether I was going to do well with the performance aspect. To a certain extent, when you’re doing bondage porn, mostly you’re tied up. [chuckle] I’m being passive in the sex because I’m restrained. And whereas a lot of what I do now with cougar scenes, I’m more the active one in the sex. I’m the one who’s driving the sex. That’s very different to me. I was very nervous about it for the first six or eight months or so and then kind of found my stride and just felt a lot more normalized in what I was supposed to be doing and how to be how to be the one who’s choreographing everything.

Congratulations on your XBIZ and AVN nominations!

Thank you!

Are you excited? Does that mean a lot to you?

I’m super excited. Particularly for my AVN nomination for my acting, in a movie that I didn’t have any sex in at all, in Bree’s coming of age story. She picked me to play her mom, for which I was super flattered. I got a chance to act as a very caring, but not understanding mom who’s having difficulties reconciling that she thinks her teenage daughter might be a lesbian. But she hasn’t come out to her, so she’s trying to navigate these conversations of offering support while trying to see if what she thinks is true, but trying not to also push her daughter. So, it was a nice bit of acting to get to do and that was refreshing. One of the things that I’ve been very pleasantly surprised with is how much acting I am being asked to do, and not just sex, but I’ve gotten some good roles with a bunch of dialogue and difficult emotions to convey. It’s nice to have the opportunity to do that, and to see that reflected in a nomination.

I’ve been in bondage for 15 years and have never won an award of any kind, and yet I produce content that people wanna see and I’ve been working non-stop those 15 years, whereas a lot of the girls who won an award one year have moved on to do other things in other industries. So, it’s nice to get the recognition of your peers. It’s nice to know that what you’re doing is appreciated, but it’s not the be-all end-all. I go to these award shows for the people who are going to get the awards, not for the competitive aspect.

With acting, is that a craft that you hone and work on, like do you go to workshops or anything?

No, I haven’t gone to workshops. If I lived in LA and had better access to them, I might. But no, I have developed a real passion for it in the last few years. Just to realize how much can be conveyed with where you put your days, or the timing of your words, to realize how much information you can impart with just these extra little additions, those kind of sub-textual clues that aren’t in the words that you can kind of add to the script that you’ve gotten already. You can add all of this emotional impact and flavor. I find it really interesting, and one of the things with porn is that I feel like I really have a job now where I’m using my physical body to convey a lot of a emotion. And acting is just kind of that, but on a smaller scale with your face instead of your body. With your face and your voice. The last few years, I’ve felt lucky to be able to delve into this in a way that is less than Hollywood, but genuinely asks for acting.

I have a Twitter-fan question here from @BrianWest1west. Will you be doing more scenes that feature trans girls and bisexual guys?

I love both of those categories. In particular, I love doing scenes with trans girls. It’s all of the best parts of doing scenes with girls, and then also there’s a penis. I often find that I love their personalities, and I kind of love the way they approach sex, and how they navigate their own bodies. Every trans scene I’ve done, I’ve enjoyed immensely. I do still work with several different companies. I work with Kink, and Brazzers, and Adult Time, like I’ve done most of the US companies. I’ve worked with trans girls, and I’m very happy to work with them, and am looking forward to working with them in the future. Also for my own site, probably a third of my scenes, I’ve been lucky to work with some great trans girls here in Vegas. So, the short answer to that is yes.

As far as the bi-guys sites, absolutely. I find that very hot in my personal life. I personally like to see two guys kissing and going at it, and I’m very enthused that this is kind of working its way toward more prominence in the industry. I’ll do as many scenes with bi-guys as they put me with. I think it’s a growing market and I think I wouldn’t be surprised if we have even more companies develop in the next couple of years bringing that kind of content.

Yeah, it seems like trans porn and bi porn have both had these kind of renaissances lately. The quality and the respect is just so much higher in the past couple of years, it seems.

Yeah, I think you’re right. And I think the internet has been really good for both of those categories, both in that I think a lot more people are watching them, ’cause they have access to them on the internet. But also, I think the internet has brought greater social acceptance to a lot of these people from the get-go. And they’re more comfortable with themselves and they’re more comfortable doing porn. It feels very genuine. The sex we have on camera seems very genuine and enjoyable and less like a performance, I think, than maybe ten years ago in either of those categories.

You’ve accomplished so much since you’ve been in the industry, is there anything that you haven’t done on camera yet that you would like to do?

Oh, God, that’s a very hard question. [chuckle] The last couple of years, as I’ve been producing more of my own stuff, I have been trying to make sure that, in the context of all that, I’m doing things, I’m having the sex that I would like to be having and crossing anything off my bucket list if it hasn’t occurred yet. So I’m almost ahead of things on my bucket list, honestly. Like I said, I was very excited to have my first gangbang on set. That was a big milestone for me. But I’ve been really lucky to get to do phenomenal bondage in beautiful locations, and all kinds of crazy things in that aspect. And then I’ve gotten to do all of the kinds of sexcapades, sex Olympics, crazy regular sex that I might wanna have. I think I’ve done almost everything I would like to do.

I have not done a gloryhole scene yet for whatever reason. Somehow, that has not come up in the universe, and I find it really hot. And I’m sure one of these days I will get booked for a gloryhole scene, but that’s not something I’ve done yet. [chuckle]

That’s a good one. And if you don’t get booked for it, you can just do it yourself.

Right? It shouldn’t be that hard. I’ve got a closet, I can cut a hole in the door, like how hard can it be? [chuckle]

What do you have coming up next that we can look forward to?

I just did a Mr. Rogers parody for WoodRocket that we’re excited about, and the Syren scene just came out. As far as things that are coming up next, I have been shooting more scenes with a dominant guy and me. I just did a scene with Markus Dupree, me, and a younger girl. So that’s a fun new energy. I’m getting fucked, but I’m also co-topping a little bit.

Do you have any final words for your fans at HotMovies.com?

I adore my fans. And I love how much you guys love seeing me in all kinds of movies and I really appreciate your support. I guess just thank you for all the support over the years and thanks for loving what I do. I couldn’t do this without the fans. And, dude, I have the best job in the world. And it’s because these fans have been with me, and are with me, and still wanna see me get naked and have sex at 42 years old. I am very appreciative.
