In porn, the definition of “unsung” differs from what the literal definition is: “not celebrated or praised,” as the known meaning behind the word. But in the adult industry, it means that fans aren’t exposed enough to deserving talent. The term unsung is an actual nod to performers that indeed are celebrated by fans, but aren’t hired in every other scene or have awards poured on them. In an effort to dispel the popularity-contest feel of recognition, I have a list of what I would consider unsung male performers that are indeed in the viewing cycles of those real porn fans that appreciate good work while giving the best type of celebration, and that is gratitude.
