Cyndi Sinclair and Logan Long flipped the conventional wisdom upside down when Sinclair collaborated with Long on her very first porn shoot. Long, by that point a seasoned vet of the industry, offered reassuring words to help Sinclair settle into her new career. It’s a tale made all the more poignant by Long’s unexpected death last year. HotMovies: How did you get into the industry?
Cyndi Sinclair: I started camming in 2016 to help pay for veterinarian bills; I was recruited by score from my Twitter page to do my first XXX for 50 Plus MILFs – it’s called Cyndi and the delivery boy and the delivery boy is the late Logan Long.
What are your main memories of that very first porn shoot you were on?
That Logan Long was the nicest guy and was so patient with me and gave me great advice
What’s the story behind your stage name?
I wanted something somewhat innocent and naughty. Cyndi was easy. Cynful was a challenge and Score helped me with my mainstream last name of Sinclair.
Do you recall the first time you encountered porn?
The first time I ever saw anything porn I was 17 and it was the movie Caligula.
What was the first time you heard the term “MILF”? And do you recall the first time you were referred to as such?
I heard the term when I was in my 30s and my youngest told me his friends called me a MILF when he was in high school and I was 40 years old.
Do you find the GILF/MILF labels to be limiting or liberating?
I am indifferent to it because so many “girls” have identified as a MILF just for the attention.
What do you think accounts for the longstanding popularity of MILF and GILF porn?
I think it is truly a fetish just like any other fetish. It isn’t going away.
In what ways has society’s attitude toward sex (and porn) shifted over the course of your lifetime?
Society has definitely become more accepting towards people in the industry. However I also believe that the ease of access has diluted the effort and talent it takes to make it in the porn industry.
What are the biggest misconceptions people have about life as a pornstar?
My experience has been that people believe that I am always in the company of someone and or going to big parties and expensive trips.
Talk a little bit about the threesome you shot with Nathan Bronson and Brad Newman for Nympho Grannies.
OMG! Nathan is my porn crush and I was so freaking excited to shoot that scene! I was so nervous I don’t remember the whole day. it all seem to happen too fast, but we got to break a big TV that day and that was fun but not as much fun as having sex with my crush!
On a sexual level, what have you learned about yourself since becoming a pornstar?
I have always enjoyed giving head and have made an effort to get to know what a man really likes when someone is sucking his cock and that is a huge turn on for me. I learned that no matter what you do, someone will love it so, if it feels good to you keep doing it!
Do you have any stories about run-ins with fans?
I found out the John Dugan (the grandpa from the Chainsaw Massacre) was a big fan at a convention where I am a comic book character “Eden VanHelsing” He was yelling CYNDI! CYNDI! when my handler informed me he was walking to me, He is still a good friend today . . . LOL
What is your favorite thing about being a pornstar?
I get to have sex with pornstars!
Do you have a favorite sex toy?
YES! I love my Lovense LUSH. It’s small and can be used in so many ways.
What does a typical day look like for you?
I work a civilian job Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. I manage email and social media after work each day and cam a couple times a month.
What movies, TV shows, books, music, etc. are you loving lately?
I have not had time to watch much TV. My job keeps me pretty busy and I try to make content every chance I get 😉
Is there anything you haven’t done on camera yet but are hoping to in the future?
I think there are some things I have not recorded yet but can’t think of anything right now.
What upcoming projects are you working on?
I started a new OnlyFans page and have been pretty busy with all that comes with that.
What advice would you give someone looking to join the industry?
I will give you the same advice that I got on my first shoot from the late Logan Long. He told me, “Do not do anything you are not comfortable doing, ever. You can’t undo it.”
