When opportunity knocks, answer the door. And when Rory Knox knocks, pull the damned thing off its hinges. She’s “pure sexual energy” who draws upon her extensive bedroom experience to create scene upon memorable scene. While Knox modestly notes that all she needs to do is bring her bubbly energy to make everything work, there’s a lot more to this lovely star than that. HotMovies: How has your experience in the military influenced your approach to working in the adult industry?
Rory Knox: Oh gosh, I’m so beyond grateful I had military experience behind myself when joining the industry… Obviously I don’t use skills directly correlating with my time in the service, but I think it’s so important to have a greater perspective of the world and one’s self before getting into something like sex work… There’s a lot of energy being passed around, and if you don’t know exactly how to deal with people- or even your own self- it can become overwhelming. The military at least gave me that. The industry can sometimes be really picky at seemingly random moments.
Have you ever experienced any backlash from companies looking to hire you because of your tattoos or piercings?
Sure, of course. I’ve had some companies deem me not ‘teen’ enough with my amount of ink… but, frankly, that doesn’t bother me one bit. I’ve honed in on my image to the point of feeling like ‘myself’- not anyone else’s cookie-cutter idea of what I should be. And so, I do not mind if a company prefers another girl over me.
You have an amazing body! How do you stay in shape?
Thank you! I’ve gotten my ‘routine’ down to simply being conscious of nutrition and activity of my body… I don’t do much more than walking 10k steps a day regularly, alongside yoga from time to time… The rest is just being aware of what I eat. Through that, I’ve maintained my weight inside a 10-pound range for more than 3 years.
What would you say you bring to a scene that’s unique to you?
Pure sexual energy. Intensive knowledge of sex… Before the industry, I had already slept with over 200 people- just on my own accord moving through the world. So, I know sex. I love sexual connection and I exhibit it. People seem to say, “There’s just something about Rory…,” and that something is undoubtedly my energy.
Your scene in Uncut 15 with Mick Blue is electric! What was it like working with him? How did you prepare?
Working with Mick is great! He’s such a sexual spirit and kind of breaks that fourth wall in a performance- it feels so primal. Working with him in Uncut, and especially in our Bam Visions scene, were very indulgent work days… All I have to bring is my bubbly energy (and butt)- the rest is kinetic.

What is your favorite position and why?
I used to really enjoy doggy best because it seems to bring out something animal in a man, but recently… I’ve been voting missionary. There’s something even better getting lost in someone’s eyes while receiving an absolute pounding. It’s exhilarating.
Is there any particular star or company that you’d like to work with next?
I really would love the opportunity to show off my anal skills at companies like Brazzers or Tushy- hopefully in 2023! If you could only get one gift for the holidays what would it be? I think I’ve outgrown the need for holiday gifts at this point in my life… Though, I suppose the perfect gift- if I had to choose something- might be a trip to New Zealand. I have just about everything else I actually need… Experiences, however, are welcome.
What’s one thing you’ve learned about yourself since joining the industry?
Wow, probably that the more genuinely myself I am… the more love I will receive from the world. I no longer have any fear in being as weird or outrageous as I am. It’s just pure Rory, all the time.
If you weren’t in the adult industry what would you be doing?
I don’t think I could produce an answer to that… I was always meant to find myself in the industry at this place in time. I do have other passions in the research of psychology, philosophy, and spirituality- to the point of writing a book in the fields- but becoming a mainstream adult performer was always a need and a means for me to delve so far into my interests.
What advice would you give women looking to get into the business?
The job is what you make of it! No single scene, studio, director, or agent is going to truly progress your career along. Only you yourself will. You must be open and able to grow as a performer, develop as a model, and learn to produce things yourself. This work is entrepreneurial, and you create your own business model. Invest in yourself and focus on your balance- many people and events will throw you off. You will only do yourself good being able to get yourself back on track.
Are there any projects in the works you want fans to stay on the lookout for?
Yes! I’ll have an amazing anal scene coming out for Evil Angel in the next month or so. I performed with Zac Wild. The sexual energy/chemistry was just insane… My fans really won’t want to miss it.
What movies, TV shows, books, music, etc. are you loving lately?
I love books! I wore myself out on fictitious work a decade or so ago… Anything I read these days is scientific. I like to explore the world we live in and learn about ourselves as humans. Three books on my nightstand right now are: An Outline of Esoteric Science, Three Books of Occult Philosophy, and Being Myself. A few bands I’m listening to are: The Faint, Zammuto, and Clarence Clarity. And, as always (or for the last decade at least), I’m damn near always streaming from the Comedy Bang Bang podcast archives.
