Maximo Garcia is loving life! When asked to name the worst thing about pornstar life, he happily says that there is no worst, only fun. Now that he’s signed a new contract with Vixen Media Group (makers of Blacked, Tushy, Vixen and more), you’re about to see a whole lot more of Garcia in some of the hottest, sleekest porn around. This former boxer flies like a butterfly and stings like a bee in the latest HotMovies pornstar interview!
HotMovies: What are the biggest misconceptions about being a male pornstar?
Maximo Garcia: The biggest misconceptions I would say that people use to believe it’s an easy job that everyone could do it. That’s totally wrong; it’s far away from what normal sex is.
Talk about your background.
Well, my story in that matter is a little bit complicated. I was an extremely problematic kid, extremely energetic.
I didn’t fit well around people; I was constantly being fired from every school I went.
I didn’t liked it, and I couldn’t handle being sit in front of a table for so many hours.
So by the age of 12, 13, I discovered boxing and it did change my whole life. I start it as a hobby; I just liked to fight and being around disciplined and strong people.
But it’s a extremely hard sport, so basically I was getting extremely tired at every training and when I did sparring I was getting destroyed. I was fighting adults with double size as me.
So I did leave school. start to run everyday at 5 a.m., then going to training from 10 a.m. till 1 p.m. Most of the middays I went to swimming, and the afternoons I went back to the gym to keep my training for another two, three hours.
After a year like this, I really became really strong, so I did start competition with people of my weight of course. And I was quite successful. I won a Spanish championship at age 16, I think.
At 18 before turning pro, I left. To much sacrifice. I just wanted to bang girls and make business, not expending my life on the gym and getting punches everywhere.
In what ways has your boxing career shaped your style as a performer?
It made me a very disciplined person, made me mature very fast, and helped me to believe in myself and how to achieve my goals. I didn’t regret any moment I expend training.
School would have been for me a big a waste of time.
In an AVN press release, you’re quoted as saying, “When I used to do competitions, I would abstain from sex for at least a week or two before every fight to harness my energy and become a stronger fighter.” Do you still practice that kind of abstention to any degree between movie shoots?
No! No way, I fuck so much that my fans even complain sometimes that I almost don’t have cumshot. Sometimes I feel I am cumming and nothing coming out.
When I have to shoot Vixen scenes I abstain of sex for 1 or maximum 2 days. In that way at least something is coming 😂
You mention Rocco Siffredi as one of your career heroes. Who else has been a major influence on you?
Pierre Woodman! I could say he has been only of the very few persons in this business that always wanted to help me and support me.
I do have lot of respect for him. And the thing I like the most is that he’s shooting what he wants, when he wants. He doesn’t need this job. He have more than enough to leave at any moment but he have passion for it.
Well, Rocco is in same situation.
I could say same about both!
How did you come to be involved with Vixen Media? What led to your recent contract with the company?
It’s my favorite company by so far; it’s what I wanted. And when I shoot for them here in LA is what they wanted also. So I am very happy about that. I do hope we have a long, successful relationship.
Take us behind the scenes of Vixen Media. What’s a typical Vixen shooting day look like?
Depends on the director and the company . . . it’s hard to say.
I could just say I do have fun, I enjoy. And I always leave with big smile.
Not always… 90% of times 😂
What’s your advice to men who aspire to a career in porn?
Forget about everything you see on videos or what you believe is going to be. If they really want to try, first try to make a video with a girl you don’t know so much and some people watching.
If they are able to do it then they can start to think about doing porn.
What have you learned about yourself on a sexual level since joining the industry?
So much . . . I know every feeling on my body, I know how my body react to everything.
I know what to do the days or hours prior a scene to be able to give the best.
And the most important thing for me, I just speak with a woman one or two minutes and I know if we’re going to have good connection and enjoy sex or not.
At the end having sex with so many people teach you a little bit how to read energy
What’s the key to creating onscreen chemistry with a co-star?
Some people can focus on something and enjoy about that. I am not able to do it. If I don’t like, I don’t like, and I don’t want to do it.
And you can feel in camera.
What does a typical day look like for you?
I do wake up very earlier, 5, 6 a.m., go to the gym. Later I cook my lunch for the day. I usually shoot content every day, and usually in the night I edit what I have shoot and schedule for when I want.
What movies, books, TV shows, music, etc. are you currently enjoying?
When I put a movie I start working with the phone, so I don’t really watch movies.
I do not like reading. It’s so slow.
I do listen audiobooks usually when I am on the gym or driving.
Music, I do like flamenco.
What do you consider the best and worst things about being a pornstar?
The best is to get to know amazing people around the world. Also I am able to have sex everyday without wasting time in applications or trying to conquer some girl telling her some bullshit just to have sex.
And the worst . . . there is no worst. Only fun 😃
Tell your fans what upcoming projects you are working on!
That’s a secret 🤫
I can just tell that I have no plans to stop shooting — for companies, yes.
For myself, no way.
