HotMovies: Tell us about your experience being an AVN Trophy Girl in 2023.
Haley Spades: Ah becoming an AVN trophy this girl was such a dream—but it’s only the beginning. I won my first AVN award this past year, thanks to Sex Like Real for casting me for VR scene “Dream Team.” That shoot was so crazy, in a good way! It’s amazing to finally be recognized for my talents, and like I said, this is only the beginning.
Talk about the process of shooting a VR sequence.
Shooting a VR sequence isn’t as easy as it looks, and I know a lot of my colleagues prefer to shoot the normal 2D scene vs VR. Shooting VR is rather tedious, because as the female performer you are basically running the whole show. Usually it starts off with me teasing, then into blowjob, then every position. As the female performer I do most of the work, including talking, in VR. It’s very similar to camming! I actually really enjoy it.
According to your AVN profile, your first scene was a casting couch scenario. What are you main memories of that experience?
The casting cough experience was interesting. I remember I wasn’t nervous really at all, but rather EAGER. It was a quick shoot and after we wrapped I felt so accomplished and ready for the “real” work to come my way.
What are the biggest advantages (and disadvantages) of being petite?
The biggest advantages to being petite: Fitting in small places, compliments, being thrown around in scenes. Biggest disadvantages: not being tall enough to see anything at concerts, clothes and shoes never quite fitting me appropriately, and some sex positions are actually extremely difficult if my other partner is super tall!
What has been the most creative use of your smaller stature in a porn scenario?

My favorite things about NYC is that the city really never does sleep—I feel the most alive and productive at night time, and I love that the city is still bustling late at night. Also, can’t forget the bagels.

Tell us about your gym routine.
My gym routine has changed a lot since last year actually. I used to do cardio 6x a week and lift 4-5 days a week. Now I do cardio 3-4x a week, and lift 4 days a week, if my schedule allows of course. I lift heavy and close to failure, with two upper body days and two leg days. I don’t do cardio on leg days since I’m like a baby deer after leg day haha.
What kind of gifts have you received from fans in the past?
In the past I’ve received cosplays, plushies, lingerie, and kitchen supplies from fans lol! I love how they spoil me and I always spoil them back!
What’s something you want your fans to know about you?
I want my fans to know that I’m always working hard to bring them fresh and exciting content to my platforms! And also thinking about my next move in the mainstream side of the industry. I love progressing and surprising my fans 🙂
Any movies, TV shows, books, music, etc. you’re loving lately?
I’m pretty uncultured when it comes to new films and TV shows unfortunately. However, I’m always scoping out new music and games!! I’m loving Hogwarts Legacy, and all of the new techno and house tracks coming out. I share tunes all the time on socials, such as from: Drumcode and Afterlife.
What keeps you sexually motivated? Not only for performing, but outside of work as well.

On my productive days I like to start out with a gym session, followed by errands and cleaning, or going to set. I usually end my days with a glass of wine or two and lots of video games! Orrr I’m sleeping until the afternoon after a rave and then eating soup and drinking electrolytes in bed. Hahaha. #Balance
