PREGNANT

Pregnancy has been a memorable theme in media of all types, from bestseller self-help guides like What to Expect When You’re Expecting to mainstream film comedies like Knocked Up and Nine Months. It’s not surprising, then, that porn has also spotlighted pregnant stars in a niche but consistently popular subgenre.
In his research about sexual fantasies, Dr. Justin Lehmiller revealed that 30% of the people he surveyed admitted to sexualized thoughts about pregnancy. For nearly 8%, it was a regular fantasy. In her 2023 opinion column about pregnancy content, creator Eve pointed to changes in body size and shape as one of the keys to the appeal. She also cited the rarity of it all, which gives pregnancy content a special “collector’s item” feel.
In her overview of pregnancy porn for The Daily Dot, author Tracy Clark-Flory noted that the genre “delights in the pregnant body at the same time that it eroticizes our anxieties around it — whether it’s concerns about paternity, infertility, or female power. It shows pregnant women as both fertility goddesses and ‘fat pregnant cows’ — and, every once in a while, just people.”
IAFD’s detailed porn database shows evidence of pregnancy-themed vignettes as far back as porn’s golden age of the 1970s. By the 1980s, the theme began receiving more elaborate plot-based scenarios, as in Western Visuals’ Pregnant Babysitter. Experimental porn filmmaker Norman Jean expressed a desire to make an adult movie about a pregnant cis-gendered male.
For pornstars themselves, pregnancy often signals a temporary hiatus from porn, but it can also have lucrative potential. “When I was pregnant, I had a lot of people just want me to rub my belly, which was my main source of income. A lot of it was rubbing my belly and pretending like I was going into labor and giving birth. And then pretending like they were impregnating me,” star Allison Moore said in an Adult Empire Podcast interview. As a result, the genre has found expanded vigor in the era of custom content and cam shows.
The pregnancy theme also appears more obliquely in certain creampie sequences, which play upon a fetishized fear of potential pregnancy in the wake of unprotected sex.

When Cali Caliente enters the scene, the group of men awaiting her hoot and holler in approval. Can you blame them? Indeed, the heavily vocal quality is a distinguishing feature of the scene, emphasizing the uninhibited fun each participant clearly feels as the action unspools. Later, Caliente goes full airtight when she bounces on one dick, sucks another, and is penetrated from behind all at once. In her interview, Caliente mentioned that when she gets swept up in a gangbang, her body becomes virtually one with that of her co-stars. From its opening moments to its closing volley of cumshots, this powerful scene makes audiences feel just as close to the action.
