The brand is an appropriately passionate representation of its founder, director/star Maestro Claudio, who launched Perv City in 2015. He drew from his extensive experience as a porn performer, which began in 1995 with turns for noted studios like VCA and Western Visuals.

According to a 2018 HotMovies interview, Claudio’s wife (performer Gina Rome) acts as Perv City’s chief editor.
Double penetration has been central to many of Perv City’s most popular movies, including the Department Of Double Penetration series. “I try to give the viewer an experience he may crave, but he cannot or doesn’t have the courage to try at home,” Claudio said. Capitalizing on this popularity, Claudio launched a spinoff brand called DP Divas in 2022.
Even as Claudio approaches his seventies, his enthusiasm for directing remains undimmed. “Having passion for one’s craft, and for life itself, knows no age. My enthusiasm for creating and performing has not diminished over the years. If anything, it has only grown stronger. I believe that when you’re truly passionate about your life’s work, that fire never fades,” he told AVN in 2024.
