In this interview, Rocket talks about working with stars like Summer Vixen and Katrina Marie, his love of travel, his dream scene, and so much more.
HotMovies: Tell us about shooting your scene with Summer Vixen for My Tiny Wife Takes BBC.
Rocket Powers: My shoot with Summer Vixen for My Tiny Wife was super easy and fun. The whole crew was really cool and made the shoot easy because Summer and I had good chemistry. Anytime I’m on set and have good chemistry with the other performer it just makes my job not even feel like a job anymore. She was definitely a fun time and liked it rough, so I definitely broke a sweat shooting with her!
What was it like to film your scene for She’s More Stacked Than Her Stepmom! 2 with Katrina Marie?
Filming my first scene for She’s More Stacked Than Her Stepmom 2 was a scene that almost didn’t happen. I believe we had a cancellation girl and Katrina ended up saving the shoot coming in last min. Jim Powers directed it and I was already shooting with him a few times that week so we started to catch the vibe of knowing how each other likes to shoot and work around. They were super chill and we got things done in good time. It was another on-set making good scenes for someone to jerk off too. Aha.
What is your favorite type of content to film?
My favorite type of content to film currently is my DOUBLE TROUBLE series I’m doing now. When I shoot I like to separate my films into series like as if you log in to Netflix or Hulu. This series is mostly about threesomes with 2 girls and just myself. I always enjoyed being outnumbered with girls and I always pick the girls that I know would enjoy and have fun with each other. You can feel us having fun in my scenes because I naturally just pick people that go well together.
What did you do before you joined the industry?
Before I joined the industry I used to own my own rental service company. I had a bunch of homes and cars throughout Atlanta, Houston, and Los Angeles. I ran that company for about 4 years before I decided to move on from that journey.
What made you want to join the porn business?
I honestly joined the porn industry because I was always jokingly telling bad girls that I had a porn star dick and we would always make little videos every time. So I figured since I’m already doing it I might as well get paid from it so I just decided to go for it and didn’t look back.
What do you like most about being a pornstar?
What I like most about being a porn star is the freedom I have to do whatever I want when I want and basically working for myself. I’m a big traveler so being able to travel wherever I want to go, but still be able to have fun making content with the other creators around the world is just a dream job anyone can ask for.
What advice would you give someone who would like to join the industry?
Some advice I will give someone who wants to join the porn business is once you get in there’s really no hiding from people that you know. Eventually they find out so you better be content with that and move confidence forward.
Do you have someone that you look up to or think of as a role model?
Someone that I look up to as a role model in this current industry would be a good friend of mine named Chef, who runs the Disciples of Desire platform. He really helped me shape my way of creating content and making it more entertaining and consumable for people to enjoy, making a whole business out of it, and finding the art in making the content than just picking up a camera and filming on a tripod.
When you’re not working what do you like to do for fun?
When I’m not working, for fun I really just hang out and chill. I’m not much of a guy to be excited to do a lot but fun fact is I am always traveling 24/7 so me doing nothing and just chilling will be a whole lot different from the average person who’s just sitting in the house all the time. I will most likely be somewhere on the island or at a beach or in a random area overseas chilling in a nice suite or Airbnb for the week or the month or so. So pretty much when I’m not working, which I’m pretty much working all the time, I’m traveling as well. Experiencing new things.
If you could shoot a scene with anyone who would it be?
If I can shoot a scene with anyone, it will most likely be multiple girls and myself. I’ve pretty much shot with everybody who I wanted to shoot with, but if I was able to have like a reverse gangbang with some of my favorite girls in my scenes, that would be ideal for me. It would make my whole life.
